Abstract
Various problems related to corrupt practices. Corruption is not new and has nothing to do with halal and haram law, it has been around for a long time and made successful adjustments to every change of rules in this country. The type of research used is normative legal research (library research). The purpose of this research is to find out the principles, norms of laws and regulations, court decisions and doctrines in assessing corruption. Corruption is categorized as a systemic crime that must be eradicated systematically, the problem of corruption includes legal substance, legal structure, and legal culture
