Abstract

Mechanisms of accountability to the corporation, as before that the corporation can not perform the act itself, but always have to go through a human who has the authority to do the deed on behalf of the corporation. For it must first be ensured that the actors real mnn (actor material) of the crime should be field accountoble to corporate criminal.
